Join me for a 50- or 90-minute personalized therapy session, available online or in person, to explore and enhance your mental health and well-being. Whether it’s your first time venturing into the world of therapy or you’re re-visiting it, these individual sessions can help you work towards a more authentic, balanced and satisfying life.

In our first sessions, we’ll discuss your history, specific needs and concerns. Together, we’ll create a tailored plan and set personal goals for your therapy. Each session is conducted in a safe, judgment-free environment where you can share openly. Your privacy is a top priority, and all discussions are kept confidential. We’ll focus on your unique goals, developing strategies and tools that cater to your needs.

My Method:

My method is primarily holistic and person-centred talking therapy, with its roots in Psychosynthesis, Scheme therapy, ACT and CBT, emphasizing the key areas: self-compassion, willpower, consciousness and acceptance. This approach ensures a comprehensive enhancement of your mental health and overall well-being since your therapy will be tailored towards your specific needs.

I provide support and guidance for a variety of issues related to relationships and personal well-being. These sessions are designed for couples or multiple partners seeking to enhance their relationship(s) and address any challenges they may face.

In our first sessions, you’ll share what you need assistance with, and together, we’ll create a customized plan and set goals for your therapy.  We will develop personalized strategies and tools tailored to your unique needs. Each session is conducted in a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express your thoughts and feelings freely. Your privacy is of utmost importance, and all information will be kept confidential.
